Woo half a pound! Ok, so it's not a lot, but it's down. I had nachos, mac and cheese, and ice cream this week, too, so it could be better. I feel like I'm putting a lot of thought into this, but still making several poor choices. I'm trying to get more vegetables, which is becoming easier as they age in my fridge - "well, better eat this before it goes bad..." The grocery store is actually one of the most difficult places, because if I buy something, I'm going to eat it, and the stupid microwave milkshakes happened that way.
I'm continuing my exercise programs, finished week one of 100 pushups and 200 situps this morning, finishing week 2 of couch to 5k tomorrow.
Challenge for the weekend - I'm going out of town. There will be festival food, and probably restaurants with people. I have some take-along snacks, but getting my fruits and veg is going to be hard, as well as keeping my calories down while keeping myself fueled for classes.
