Last night I slept almost 7 hours which is a record for me. I think I was feeling positive about getting serious with my health/weight. Quite exciting I must say. And, although I didn't quite make 1000 calories yesterday, I did not wake up hungry. Making sure I have sensible choices today and have 1000 calories. Goal to increase physical activity today.
