So I have not checked-in in about a month. I thought I would just not weigh myself everyday and just go with the flow. Well the flow is not good! haha I did a midday weigh yesterday and I was very shocked. I for got to do a weigh in this morning. Tomorrow I will and start getting back on track.
At the end of January I got a second job. It was just cashier and some light table waiting. I went from one job to the second. I am just grabbling a bite to eat at the second which was usually pizza or fries a couple of times I would just fast food it on the way there.
Well this is not good! haha I was very heavy yesterday. I really wish I would have weighed myself this morning and gotten back on track today. but TOMORROW I will enter it and get back on track. It is too very easy to pack those lbs on and just not at easy to take them off.

... here we go again :)

UGH it auto updated my weight to 207.0 but that is way off I think im about 210-215 right now. ill know for sure tomorrow!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Can you eat salad with protein at your second job? Sometimes pizza places serve salads, too. Good luck - you will figure it out.

Nope it was hot dogs burgers pizza fries nachos fish n' chips or candy bars. It was a cafe at a ski lodge. Ski season is almost over and I can go back to the norm.

When I am at a ski place, I get a hot dog and burger, and eat them without the buns.
