Hey everybody, I had to change my profile picture to this quote because it rings so true for me. I would like to apologize to everyone for complaining so much about my weight. Now when I sign in and see that quote it will remind me to : Get Off My A** and do something about it.

Hope you all are doing well, doctor's appt. went well as can be expected I guess. They took blood and I will know something in about a week. I did ask about a weight loss pill just to help get me started. She did recommend this pill called Contrave. If anyone has heard or knows anything about this medicine can you please give me a heads up. I am doing research on it as well.

Great quote...!! Don't beat yourself up for complaining. I always complain on here. I rant all the time when I mess up. But that is what this site is for, letting our emotions out and putting it down into words. I think its great how we are able to use our journal entries to write about our constant journeys to better health. The writing also helps us admit what we are doing in front of others, which encourages us to prove we can do better and change!! On the diet pill- I never heard of it. But be careful. There is nothing a diet pill can do better than eating natural healthy foods with a combo of workingout
