ok- i need to stop snacking !!! it's mostly fat and don't need that. Lets try traditional eating. Breakfast ,lunch, dinner and a snack of fruit or two..... (sounds hard )
So far packed Oatmeal and banana- will have at break for breakfast ( at work)
