I pigged out the last two days I was S-T-A-R-V-I-N-G!!! But the great thing about fatsecret is I was motivated by all the peeps in the challenge, and I could see exactly how much I over ate. So rather than just giving up here I am back for more!

put 8.4 kilo in a bag an drop that bag near (preferably in front of) the place where you get your food (fridge, cupboard) Make yourself lift that back before opening the doors... then you will see, what the choice really is... lose the bag from your hips or eat the snack now?
