chose a steamed rice and steamed veggie dish from our favorite chinese place last night. I am so glad there are still things I can pick and eat when we decide to eat out.
It was hard this weekend when we went camping but I'm back on track this week and I have lost about 5 lbs in a little over a week!
My favorite foods include:
low fat string cheese portion size of pretzels 100 calorie packs Jenny-o turkey dogs 45 calories and delightful bread skinny cow ice cream
