second day at diet. i feel i have eaten too much yesterday though i only had 1700 calories but i feel guilty. My engagement party in a month and i wanna look hot for my fiance to be proud of me. i hope by next week i will be able to have more time for exercises half an hour jogging and half an hour swimming and will try to implement some pushups and situps. wish me luck.
