This week I had a few chocolate weekness. The diet was so so but I am changing to a new lifestyle not for a quick fix so it will take time. I got a short new hair cut, I am getting moving more, the warmer weather is helping. This week I want to really push more veggies and more exersise. Time to get MOVING!
