This diet is too expensive to follow completely, and all the healthy stuff suggested in the newsletters is so expensive too. I can't afford ALL organic, but am doing the best I can. At least I'm staying under 130 and with Spring on the way I hope to at least get to 125. Not easy when you have a desk job. I hate sitting all day long. I do walk 1-1/2 miles most days at lunch, up and down a large hill. But summers it's too hot to do that. So only another month or 2 left to do that lunch walk. Then it's on hold until October. Also hard to make the suggested dishes when the teenage boy wants all fatty, meaty stuff. I'm not cooking 2 meals. I don't have that kind of time.
