Been fasting 2 24 hr periods per week (Sun and Tues). Yes, there's water loss, etc, but really pleased with how it's going. I've used a few very low calorie foods here and there (such as fiber supplements).
Have also been taking in more protein for satiety.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
