I really need to start exercising and eating better. The only thing I have changed is that I now drink Diet Coke instead of regular Coke, and it has made no difference, which is weird because last time I made that switch I lost 5 pounds. Oh well, times have changed and I am old!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

just a little warning, if you drink alot of soda, even diet sodas can keep some people from dropping the pounds. you may want to try another beverage and see what happens. good luck!

Water! Unsweetened iced tea! That 10 calorie Vitamin Water! Anything but Diet Coke!!! Anything that addictive has to be bad for you ;)

Thanks guys for the advice! I'm trying to switch to unsweetened ice tea, but it's hard, especially towards the end of a long day...that diet coke keeps calling me. I know I can do it though.

Haven't had a coke, diet or otherwise, for 3+ weeks! Am drinking unsweetened tea and water mostly, juices sometimes. Yippee!
