I met a great guy in the past 2 weeks. He sees something in me that I can't see and makes me feel good. I hope I can do the same for him. This site really has helped me look past the facade and know the inner person. He is heavy, but in the scheme of things I know if he wants to choose to be healthy he can be. I also have been there, and no matter what anyone thinks losing weight is tough no matter if you have 10 lbs or 100 to lose. It is what is inside that really counts! I introduced him to this sight as I have other friends. I hope it will give him a fresh start and outlook as it has me, that weight can be a battle, that is worth winning in order to be more healthy. So far he is responding. I am not trying to push my lifestyle on him, but It is important to me now and would love to have an active healthy lifestyle in common with my partner.
