Preparing to meet with my practicum supervisor for the first time in person. Super excited. I just hope I don't get hungry during the meeting. Today I have to work out the details so I can put together a learning plan.
I did a quick unofficial weigh this morning and I registered 191, which is good. I think the water weight from the beginning of the week is finally down, but we'll see how it goes on Monday. I know weight can fluctuate. I'll feel strong about the weight loss when I hit 189, the 5lb mark. But I still feel positive right now.
Yesterday I didn't get enough protein in. That happened the last day I drank as well. The problem isn't that I couldn't make it because of the liquor. The problem is that I'm not finishing out all my calories for the day. Both days I've had at least 200 calories left over, and a slim fast shake or other protein-rich snack would give me the 10g extra to push me over the mark.
That's something I'll have to watch in the future. Because I'm certainly not giving up my friends Tequila, Whiskey, and Chambord.
