Today i am a little mad at myself I was planning to workout after work and running errands I sat down just for a few moments and I fell asleep and you do not want to know what time i woke up. Let's just say it was embrassing. Plus this morning I had a project that including team effort and the last department did not submit their report until the last minute. So this morning I did not workout but went in early to edit a report due first thing this morning. I am telling myself that I am going to workout tonight after my second job but i know that I will probably be too wore out. Today I feel that I am producing a dozen of excuses that are reducing my chances to lose the weight I so desperately need to shed.
