Happy Dance time! Tried on a beautiful little silk dress which fit on my 50th birthday. Had been in the back of the closet for SEVEN years! It FITS!!! Yippee... so I just took all my fat clothes and put them in bags, 3 full ones!...and brought them to the donation bins. This whole thing only took an hour, but now I will NEVER go back to being that size again. I'd have to go out nude...and who wants to see THAT!
Didn't think this could happen in just over 30 days...now I'm REALLY motivated! Wanted to let you all know that there's hope:))

EXCELLENT... Way to go! I think with this plan that our old clothes ARE the true testament. We can lose weight in numbers but it's those inches that make the most impact with our clothes fitting the way they should! Continue with the great work it looks like you are at the halfway point to achieving your weight loss goal!!! I found this quote fitting for your story... With time and patience the mulberry leaf becomes a silk gown. -Chinese proverb.
