The moratorium on cardio and other stressors have been a bitch.
I hate that my weight is up.
And I've been blogging less and staying away from here.
But I get fitted with a cardiac event monitor on Monday and then I can start doing things again (carefully) so the cardiologist can try to see what's going on with my heart.
Hopefully it will turn out to be nothing serious and the heart rate of over 200 for over a minute after my cardiac stress test will turn out to be a fluke.
