Another day has gone by and I am still feeling great!!!! Meal prepping is the best thing that ever happened to me. Definitely the last thing I would have ever thought about given the way I was living 30 days ago. Now I have better control of what I eat and it definitely works for the sake of my wallet. You know..., I find that preparing meals for five days (or cooking every five days) really makes a lot of sense to me. No longer a debate as to what to eat. I also have found that it is working wonderfully on the scale (and I haven't even been to the gym yet!!! Today is a great day.
