Happy Friday!! Keep pursuing your goals!! You've got this!!
I pulled up an old pic on purpose to see how I have come along visually. I am blown away. But I must keep going!! Those pecs need attention!!! Anyone have advice for me on pectorals? Mine seriously never seem to grow. I only work them out once a week, should I do it more often?

I'm still new to this but my chest was dragging behind my other muscle groups so I normally do 3 sets of bench on my leg day adding that third day of chest made a massive difference and my chest really blew up because of it. If I'm still feeling sore I won't do the 3rd day but 90 percent of the time it gets done.

@otb123 thanks for chiming in, brother! I may give that a shot and see if I can catch up. It seems to be the only muscle group, at least in numbers, that does not seem to grow as fast on me. I am seeingi constant quick gains on every muscle group except that one it seems.
