Yesterday was my 'cheat' day and it was the worst I've ever cheated ahhh! oh well! I'm back on it today and thats what matters. If I don't cheat once in a while I will fail anyway. I've been back from vacation for 10 days now and am finally exercising..no bueno! Thankfully, I still seem to lose weight, I just got to keep doing it the healthy way!

Hey Monique, That's a great attitude, that is exactly how I feel. We have to eat healthy for the rest of or lives in order to be healthy and lose weight and having that cheat day is very important, it is definitely what helps me. In the past when I would cheat I would give up but know I know I can't cheat once a week and still lose weight. Keep up the good work....:)
