Last two weeks been difficult virus work and generally just wanting to eat!
very tired and fatigued so had last week off training- weight maintained so ok target next two weeks 6lbs off- it can be done
286.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
