About a year ago, I went on a diet and exercise regimen that allowed me to lose 24 pounds. I told the guy who started me on the diet that I had gotten down to 218 and he told me to just maintain that weight. I failed miserably at this and am back to my starting weight. If I could just regain the discipline I had a year ago, I think I could lose that weight again, maybe more, and hopefully keep it off.
