Feeling better today but still have a headache.

Did some housework and the laundry. Feeling good despite the headache and heat.

I have been reading a post on Atkins.com about stalls.......thanks mariwantstolose. It is VERY informative and has cleared up some things for me. I had said I would continue to eat like I was on Atkins and I plan to continue that (although today is not a great day for that, the heat has taken my hunger away). BUT I will tweak things to make sure my difference between cals out and cals in is between 500-1000, and that should get me to where I want to be, fingers crossed.

Anyway, thanks for all of the help, support, and advice, I REALLY appreciate it.

I'm so sorry you are still dealing with that headache. It sounds as if you did get some things accomplished today despite it. Being well informed is the best way to make choices about your diet. Have a better day tomorrow, my friend!
