I gained .4 pounds even though I haven't recorded it. So, I recalculated my RDI. Going for 1500 calories per day instead of 1200.
Maybe my body is at a plateau and my metabolism is dropping. Either way, I am not happy about it and it is very frustrating. I want to lose at least 12 more pounds but I think 20 more would be ideal.
