I have started the Supreme 90 workout and although i am definitely not going to follow it everyday due to the time in my day left for excercise. I enjoy doing the workouts because they are fun and challenging. Next, I will do the legs, arms, cardio, core, etc dvds. But I can't do it everyday because of my second job when i am getting home 1030 or 11 pm. I am out of the house at 530 in the morning and work out on the elliptical or treadmill at the gym so it does not leave me a lot of time in the evening for another hour of working out.
