Going for Healthy's Journal, 04 March 2015

I started out great this morning. My exercise (never a problem) is complete and so far I have eaten healthy. My down fall is the food as the day progresses. I am working to make sure that I don't eat the junk. My problem is with three children there is a little bit of junk in the house. Here goes the use of will power as the day moves on...
