So here I am trying again. I have done everything and was thinking WW again but didnt want to pay. So this seems perfect. Can have a food journal, a community, a journal and I don't feel let down if I am paying and yo-yoing. So I set a goal I have been trying to reach for years, but not my big goal. I'm thinking this might help this time not seeing such an enormous number. I have also set my sights on my birthday (two weeks) and see what I can do in that time. I just don't want to start work so heavy, I'm so tired of being pretty, but fat.
