Feeling annoyed. I have lost 1 kilo over a month. I have been fairly good with my calories and going to the gym 4 times a week and walking 1/2 with dogs 5 times a week. I do feel better but I was hoping for a 3 kilo loss at this stage. I think I will drop 200 calories off my day and try for 1800 calories a day. I will weigh in next week to see if there is any difference. phoohey....
