Today is June 28, and I must have weighed 158 instead of 168 when I logged into fatsecret for the first time. I weighed 168 when I started the diet, but I started the diet 2 weeks before I found fatsecret. I had no scale to step on so I went by calorie count and every 3500 calorie deficit, I took off one pound. But I borrowed my neighbors scale day before yesterday, and now I know exactly what I weigh.
