Forget everything I've written, the calories I've written on this, anything and everything, I'M STARTING OVER!!!! I think I've learned of a better way to do this, I promise myself to keep it up, today was the first step in many, I won't focus on the long run,. I will keep my focus on today and today only, no tomorrow, nothing. I can do this!!! :D
DAY 1: Breakfast- some meat thing with potatos, with tomatos and some onions ( i know it sounds gross but it really isn't lol) and Drank water. Went to summerschool, skipped lunch BAD!
1:30pm: had some veggie soup in chicken broth with pulled chicken., drank water.
Snacks: Yogurt, and 2 small [2"x3.5"] slices of chocolate cake(no frosting, just bread stuff)
