My challenge is always that time of the evening from 7-bedtime! I usually eat dinner around 5pm. I recently changed my dinner time to 6:30 to 7:00. Wow what a difference! I don't seem to have those snack cravings anymore! :-)
143.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
