update: i ate 200 more calories. 4 oz dannon yogurt (50 cals), 10 cherry tomatos (10 calories), a special k chocolate-pretzal cereal bar (90 calories), and half of a keebler mini fudgestripes cookies 100 calorie pack (50 calories). Im gonna weigh myself first thing tomorrow. 800 calories for the day is OK...
