I had a 1.8 weight gain this morning which I am not recording. I think that it is the carbs. Seems like when I have a lot of carbs it takes about 2 days for my body to process them. And I took 800 mg of motrin for back pain. Last time I took motrin, the same thing happened.

Well, I'll watch close today and weigh again tomorrow.
