So. The fourth was eventful...and filling. I stayed away from the alcohol, but still managed to put pretty much everything else in my mouth. I did a pretty good job on portion control but I still overate by a considerable amount, and I'm having just a bit of trouble getting back on track the way I'd like to be. I just have to keep reminding myself that holidays are rare occasions.
Anyway, I decided not to do my standard weigh-in this week, since it was supposed to take place on the morning after the Great Face-Stuffing of 2009, and I know that a "gain" is just going to frustrate me.
