i had a really good week and mainly had cereal on days i was in work early then a big lunch which was roughly about 700 cals or there about, not really limiting myself and then at night i would have a shake. I've found that this works for me as i work at night and dont have time to go about and have loads of food however i still get to have a big meal during the day which is important to me as i do love my food. I am happy with losing 2lbs this week, i would love to lose 2lbs again this week as it would take me under 14st, something i havent been in a while. I also had 2 days off my diet this week as i went home however i do a lot of excercise and am confident if i stick to sensible eating 5 -6 days out of 7 then i will still lose weight with the occassional treat :) so fingers crossed for next wed XX p.s. i am weighing myself every wed for the next couple of weeks as i am off that day, my last weigh in said the 6th but it was the 1st so i have lost 2lbs in a week not in 2 days! lol
197.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
