Here we Ho again! Starting to get back on track. my goal is to eat better and try to not eat out of stress or boredom. I'm also going to just start walking doesn't have to be Olympic effort just get living.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
