10 days out of this platform. I tried to focus on feeling better despite the weather. I did some yoga last evening, and it kept me busy and away from a late snack. I guess I will do it each evening in the days I cannot reach any other kind of sports. It's relaxing and doesn't need a lot of motivation. Will also weigh myself tomorrow to see where I stand.
From next week I will go as often as possible to the running track next to my home. Already have the music player ready for that, just need to get going :D
Also, I received a kamboucha scoby from a friend, and will start brewing it. From what I understand, it's a good probiotic and helps to ease digestion. But I want to ask you guys also, anybody uses it and can share how that "mushroom tea" impacted them? Thank you.
