Didn't really think I was following my diet but maybe I have!!! I've been so concerned with how awful everything else has been I've not much been thinking about food - not like I normally do. And I'd been suffering such a bloated stomach I started to reduce the complex carbs I was eating with my evening meal...............maybe this has been the helping hand for half a kilo loss? Not that my bloated stomach has gone LOL!!! But thinking this is maybe stress.
