I can see the finish line. 10.2 lbs. to go. When I first set out on this journey I set my goal at 50 lbs. and that goal would be in 3.2 lbs, but when I got a new scale the stark realization is that I started about 7 lbs. heavier than the 1st scale was telling me.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had this happen to me late last year. I was scheduled to have a colonoscopy so there were some pre-op procedures, weighing in on the hospital scale being one of them. What I weighed at home and what I weighed at the hospital was about a 12lb difference, and in the bad way! A few days later I bought a new scale and it matched right up to what the hospital one said I weighed. I don't think people should weigh in every single day but without my scale I would loose some accountability! The good thing is no matter what the scale says you've started to loose weight and change your life!
