No false alarm this time with the scales not working properly. I could tell before i got on that my clothes were looser. Have been trying to do an hour exercise a day, frisbee, tag, hiking, riding, swimming, circuit training. And havent been counting calories but have been trying to eat healthy (avoid all refined sugar which means arvo tea i dont get the big cupcakes!) and avoid chippies and burgers at the pub. I hope this is my new normal and not just a skinny day!
