Last saturday I weighed 53kg. Went to a buffet on that day and end up overeating. Don't have the courage to weigh myself until today. Luckily it just go up 0.5kg. It set me back for a few days. And now I'm having my period so I can't exercise as hardcore as last week. But I feel really good. I am more comfortable with gradual weight loss than a drastic one. This week is a rest week for me. :)
