Ok so reality check I feel my calf's are thinner, my wrist are thinner, face and chest bigger/fatter what ever word just not smaller! In 2 days tho technically I will start after my homemade pizza tonight will be no cheese and no bread for one month. I have half a soda left and once that is gone same with no soda for a month. I can't stop eating at 7:30pm Stay UP far too late to allow that, so instead made my own challenge no eating 3 hours prior to bed. I tend to work on the exercise and actually do facial work outs daily or every other day. I not gonna say this is the moment it starts now! Let us just say I am a constant road that keeps changing and well I need to change with it. Ohh AND CONSISTENT WATER DRINKING UGGGHHH SOOO HARD but seeing no soda and prob limited juice will try my best on the water drinking.
