Great! I lost 3.6 pounds this past week! I had surgery on Feb. 11th where the doctor removed 3 fibroids, 1 polyp, and 80% of another mass. I'm sure that weighed something, but I don't think it weighed 3 pounds. I know since the surgery I've also had absolutely no appetite at all so haven't eaten my 25 net carbs each day but did do my best and tried to at least eat 20 nc along with the 1500-1800 calories per day. I hope this is weight that will stay off. I am happy to finally be in the 170's. I haven't been this low of weight in many many years.
So I'm going to stay at 25 net carbs per day, with 12-16 of those from vegetables, and last week I added in raw almonds (had them twice), so this week will add in natural peanut butter.
