Still having trouble meeting RDI goals. Either I stay within RDI goals and go way over on carbs or I stay within my carb allowance and eat about half my RDI. Yesterday, while talking with my husband, he asked what I could eat to meet my RDI. My answer: 6 fried eggs. At 11PM, that seemed like a really bad idea. Maybe I'd better just focus on the carbs and not obsess so much about my RDI.
