HOT HOT HOT TODAY. Staying indoors, sewing, and watching the Women's College World Series Softball. Great games this week. I lost this week. But, now is when the real work begins. I am close to the pounds, I refer to as my baby weight. Can anyone else identify with this? My babies are 36 and 40 this year. I have held on to this weight for a long, long, long, time. Although I would really like the scale to move more quickly, my logic says, no way. I also have to now consider regular exercise. I have avoided this part of my weight loss way too long and it is now time to start my engines. Hope you all are staying cool. Take care.
