Amazingly enough i have stayed consistant! I have been continuing to work out at least 3-4 times a week and that has helped with my poor eating. It is just hard when you are away and having fun to eat right!
112.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
