A great day today eating-wise until I arrived home hungry to bread and cheese and wine by the fire. That was all great too, but not so much for the diet. Tomorrow is a fresh start. I need to take more food to work so I'm not hungry when I get home and prone to snack on carbs. The wine, well, I'll aim to stop at one glass.
