Scary how much a stressful week can affect you. After 2 weeks of doing more exercise and generally eating more healthily I completely went off course last week.

Didn't pay attention to food and barely left the house because I've been working to meet a deadline and I'm right back where I started!

I've only just started to try and be more mindful of my lifestyle so I'm sure I can do better. My next goal, regardless of weight, is to cut out junk for a full month when at home and keep up the 10,000 steps. Luckily when I'm out and about I'm more mindful of my food choices, it's just when I'm alone that the chocolate and cookies come out.

I want to do more proper exercise/work outs but I've always struggled with motivation for those. Whenever I've tried in the past the habit hasn't formed and I've given up after a week. It's so easy to put too much pressure on yourself and then just crack under the weight, rather than focusing on slow but meaningful and maintained progress. :(
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
