I think I am going to try and record everything I have eaten for the whole summer (June, July, August.) Weekends will be hard because I am usually away then. But, it'll be a good measure to have. I have been doing awful with exercising. I've eaten okay the last 2 days, but hopefully now all my temptations are out of the way. It seems like I will do really well with either diet/eating or exercise - but never both at the same time. And that's sort of the basic equation for weight loss that I am missing out on. Of course I have something to blame on this (I always do, right?) My accelerated Pharm course and work is killing me.
Oh, and I was down in the basement and decided to do 35 squats for the helluvit. When I went back upstairs I had a weird (dare I say mild) feeling charlie horse in my thigh. WTH! I am so old and out of shape now.
