Was at a music festival for the weekend and didn't get 3G service in the middle of nowhere so didn't update my food or exercise diary. I actually did eat reasonably healthy food (mostly pb&j, fruit and granola bars) and got some exercise (went running once, walked a lot, stood quite a bit and did a lot of hippie dancing). Yesterday I was home but didn't eat right or exercise. Time to get back on track.
